If I am not mistaken, that is an Eclipse logo, not Cannondale. Also a good brand back in the day. I still use a 40+ year old Eclipse basket frequently (but retrofitted with non-proprietary hooks).

As a Suntour aficionado, I get some amused satisfaction that a previous owner replaced the NR rear with a VX. :)
