Any recommendations for guided cycling tour companies?
Does anyone have recommendations for guided cycling tours in Europe ( preferably, but not necessarily budget tours)? Also, I'm looking for countries which have mainly flat terrain- what countries would be best for that? Thanks in advance!

We have taken two trips in France using a company called Detours in France. They have done a nice job. They have tiers of lodging quality, 3 levels I think. We usually have chosen the middle level. They also are willing (and eager) to make dinner reservations in advance but we pretty much passed on that since we don't care for the long French dinners and usually try to find something simple and quick.
Although there are hills in France, there are plenty of areas to tour that are reasonably flat. The Loire Valley, for example, has tons of stuff to see and not much in the way of climbing.
Have fun!

And I should specify regarding Detours in France that we have taken their self-guided tours. I'm not sure they actually do guided tours.
In terms of a guided tour, indyfabz suggested the Netherlands - we took a bike and barge tour there. Flat and the riding is all guided. It was a marvelous time. The company we used is called Bike & Barge Holland Tours and they are great, though there are multiple companies running these biking and barging tours.
