Not to rain on anyone's cocktail party, but maybe we could set aside the premise that "luring in" members of the opposite sex is a goal.

You're right. Skip the luring and go right for leering.

Well, the sexy clyde's one was kinda funny, because there aren't many Athenas that regularly post here, so the idea was to draw them out. But there are plenty of Clydes here already! No luring needed!

Becky and I are in the Clyde-O-Rama thread.

I think there are only 3 or 4 of us... yes most women are small, petite little things and few of us are "manly" size. I may have posted this photo before. On my birthday in Carmel...

Wow, great picture Pam!!! If you’re in Carmel why is Morro Rock in the background? Looks like you’re in Los Osos, Elfin Forest?

Exactly!!! The actual trip was on the way to Carmel (which I figured most people would know if they didn't live in California). Actually a friend and I were looking for someone's house, got lost and happened upon the Elfin Forest. All the years driving and riding up there I never knew it existed and what a lovely place. It was a perfect winter day in California. Light breeze, sunshine and cool but not cold temperatures (60 maybe). I think we spent 2 hours there just walking around and taking photos.

Thanks for all the compliments. Boy am I not use to those!!! Made my day!

I'll post photos of my bikes later (when I get home) they are way sexier than me! I had several men drooling over my new road wheels just this last weekend!

What I should (but won't!) is post the pics someone took of me this weekend after a long mountain bike ride. I had a previous fall so was all dusty, sweaty and then had another fall where I got incredibly tangled up in my bike (steep incline, not enough speed, bike just stopped and I rolled to one side, still clipped into the pedals, and landed in cactus and prickly brush). My helmet's askew, my glasses hanging off the end of my nose, dirt everywhere - just lovely! NOT!
