Bet you can't guess who voted for the back to the future theme?
Not like it matters.

Which is cool cause I am down with the "Get a ____ you ____" too.

Will there be regulations and guidelines, specifically for resolution and card size?

From Spud's spokecard exchange:
PSD template
Notes: use a computer, photographes, drawings, whatever, make it the standard 5.5"x4.25" (landscape or portrait) spokecard size.
if youre doing your design on a computer, please use 300dpi or higher and print it on a good paper.
all spokecards must be laminated (1/4" laminate extra on all sides is recommended regardless of how you make your spokecard).

however, they must be made by the sender (aka no stealing from the interwebz) and must involve some bicycle reference.
