Thanks newboy. Not sure about the ride yet, hoping to take it on it's maiden voyage in about 4 hours, that is as long as the rain holds off.

OK, here are some better pictures of it.
Here are the specs
Independent Fabrications Titanium Crown Jewel Compact Frame
Reynolds Ouza Pro Fork
Chris King headset
Specialized S-Works Carbon Stem (110 mm) (not on yet, waiting for bar to return after warranty)
Kestrel EMS Pro SL oversized bar(44 cm) (not on yet either)
Specialized Phat Wrap bar tape (not on yet, just generic tape until new bar comes in)
Easton EC70 Composite seatpost (350 mm)
Fi'zi:k Aliante Ti saddle
FSA Platinum Pro Ti bottom bracket
FSA Carbon Pro Team Issue Crankset (172.5)
Eggbeater Stainless pedals.......ordered Speedplay stainless CSC team edition zero pedals today
Campy Record shifters/brake levers (2004)
Campy Record carbon front derailleur (2004, clamp on)
Campy Record medium rear derailleur (2004)
Campy Record chain
Campy Chorus cassette (13-29)
Campy Record cables
Cane Creek 200sl brakes
American Classic hubs
DT Swiss RR 1.1 rims
Wheelsmith spokes (15 gauge on front wheel and rear non drive, 14 gauge on driveside)
Aluminum nipples on front wheel and rear non drive side, brass on driveside.
Wheels built by Mike Garcia at odds and endos
Performance Q-Stix Ti quick releases
I thing that pretty much takes care of the build.
I am waiting for my Kestrel bar to come in. It was replaced by warranty even though installation error was the reason it was broken.....btw, I was the installer....oops!
As of right now the bike weighs 16 pounds 12 ounces. I figure once I get the other bar, stem and pedals on it will drop to around 16.5 pounds. However, the computer and bottle cages will make up for the weight savings.
Anyway, here is the geometry information.
Seat angle - 73.5 degrees
Head angle - 73 degrees
Seat tube - 46 cm (approximately 55 virtual)
BB drop - 73 mm
Chain stay - 41 cm
Effective top tube - 56.5 cm
Top tube angle - 8.1 degrees
Wheelbase - 998.9 mm
Headtube - 130 mm
Standover - 762.0 mm
Oh yeah, I have fixed the cables where the front brake cable was going inside of the shifter cable in photos two and six. I accidentally routed the brake cable on the inside of the shifter cable so it ended up limiting the turning of the bars, not to mention it looked like crap.
I have adjusted the saddle a little more since the picture. It is now level.

Thank you, I am definately a lucky b*stard!
As for the ride I have only been able to ride it about 8 miles so far, that was when I flatted, then replaced the tube with my only spare and it immediately punctured. I got home and put another tube in it..it punctured. Come to find out I had a defective tire, I rode the tire 8 miles and it cost me $71. The new Michelin Pro Race tire was $47, the three Kenda ultra light tubes were $8 each.
Will be trying the bike out again tonight.
Believe me, I know I'm lucky. I had to sell off two bikes to be able to afford this one, then still had to add more money to it. The good news is that I got a credit card just for this bike (with three months no interest). I only owe another $280 bucks on it. The credit card has already been cut up into about 100 pieces, I am once again credit cardless!

Throw the stick!!!!
Thanks everyone!
ruirui - After my first decent ride on the bike I would have to give the fork a big thumbs up. The main reason I liked it so much was because I never even thought about it. After about twenty miles I was pushing this bike into turns harder than I had ever taken my old bike. Also, I am currently just running an aluminum bar, stem and some very cheap bar tape. Even with this set up I felt no vibrations from the front end and I am running 120 pounds pressure in the tires. BTW, I can't wait for my new bar to finally come in.
Anyway, without going into all the "handled like it was on rails" stuff that's my review. I loved the bike.......oh, and it handled like it was on rails!

My pride and joy:
It's something of a mutt. The steel Viner Special Touring frame is probably 25 years old, and really nice - there are some great details in the lugs. The components are whatever was standard on a Raleigh Technium 460, and were mediocre even 17 years ago when they were put on. My LBS owner had the Viner with Campy stuff and wanted to try an aluminum frame, so he did a component swap and sold me the Viner/cheap stuff combo. For a good decade after that, any time I saw him, he'd just say "hey, I want my bike back." The old components are finally wearing out, and it's not really cost-effective to update this bike vs. buying a new bike, so it's probably in its last summer of real use. I'm looking at something along the lines of a Trek 1500. Not having to reach for the downtube to shift, and fiddle with the friction levers to quiet down the drivetrain, will be quite a treat!
Pedals are Bebop - love those, though it took a while to get used to the free float sensation.

It won't be set aside to rot, but I don't want to sell it - it's the closest I'll likely come to owning a red Italian sports car! Whatever I end up getting will lack the certain appeal that this frame has to me - it'll ride nice and shift perfectly, but it'll be a bicycling appliance, a Toyota instead of a Maserati. What I had though of doing was finding old Campy parts when and where I can, and rebuilding the bike to a more time- and nationality-appropriate state.
