Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

After riding my old Colnago Super this summer and finding my times and performance were not that much worse than my CF bike I started to keep my eyes open for something that could be still have the vintage look with modern index shifting. I found a nice nearly unused Colnago X-Lite with 9 speed Ultegra in France. I was looking for Campy to match my existing wheelsets, but I am going to give the existing setup a try. Either I will keep the Shimano and add an alloy Ultegra crank, or I will switch it all over to 9 speed alloy Campy.

Totally freaking HOTTT!!! Not usually a fan of predominantly black frames, but this looks great... It needs another bottle cage though since it deserves to be ridden a lot! One question, what is the difference between the Fulcrum Racing 1 Competition and Fulcrum Racing Zero???
