Me too, only it needs to be 50+10+4. Sigh. And I'm not far from LXV. Bigger sigh.

I foresee fit issues for me. I'm pretty skinny. Often wear two jerseys on cool days, a SS over a LS. I see he makes both.

The fit issue I foresee is trying to get 50+ jerseys in my closet.

Here's a little 50+ inspiration, qcpmsame, to encourage you to get a buy organized. Custom shot just today. The jersey is not close to new.

Okay, I am getting things organized, and this is the final post in the thread for me, I will post a new thread when I am ready to kick off. I am using the same ground rules as Curtis for the sale, no exceptions on these, please.

1. The design is the classic Curtis, 50+, for everything. No changes there, and none are solicited. It costs to change the design.
2. It will be Paypal only, I don't want to deal with checks, or cash, even. I have used PP for 15+ years with out a single bobble, or incident. Curtis had this one right.
3. The complete line up of kit items will be listed in the thread for the group buy. That will be everything that is available, the only addition to the original list will be socks, Curtis will handle this design, so it stays professional looking, and in the same theme. (P.M. to you, Curtis, tomorrow about this one.)
4. You will have an actual order when I receive the Paypal notification, your choices and mailing information will be in that notification to me. A post is not an order, in any way, form or fashion.
5. The shipping will be USPS, flat rate envelope(s). Canadian, European and out of the US orders will need to be worked out, but I'll do everything I can to work with you for this, if there are any of these. You will need to P.M. me when the buy is started.
6. See #1, Again, please do not ask for changes to the design, or for new items, it won't happen, this time. If you strongly feel that you want something different, go to Champion System's site and work with them for the particular theme you want to use, and start the process, including the design lock-in fee. Our design is locked in, and Curtis spent a lot of time and effort on it. Curtis and I talked about how neat it is to see the 50+ jersey in pictures, or in person when you are out. You would be surprised where it shows up. It gets a lot of compliments from anyone that sees, or owns, it.

I hope you all will bear with me about this, I am swamped at work with starting up a new contract/building, and I am doing a juggling act with my time. Not a complaint, I am doing this to help out Curtis, and because I appreciate the way I have been treated here with all of my health issues, over the years. I will not consider accepting any extra funds, in an order's payment, for the little bit I am doing, it will be returned back to you, via Paypal, if it happens. This is strictly a labor of love, for me. Small bit to say thank you, to everyone here. (Not being an ass, just not going to take anything for what I care deeply about.)

Regards,
Bill

After a recent trip I returned home to discover that I had lost my jersey. I purchased my jersey several years ago and it has been my favorite. I really would like to acquire another, your efforts are much appreciated.

All this riding has made me too young looking, I gotta get me one of those jerseys so the ladies know I'm properly aged! (Like fine wine turning to vinegar....)

I qualify for an LXX which is better than needing to buy an XXL.

Many thanks Bill and Curtis! PayPal works just fine and is a nice risk-free way to do this. I'll definitely be placing an order when the time comes.

Can we work out shipping to Tasmania, Australia?

(No goatee, I'm Asian, ever really seen an Asian with decent facial hair ? )

I am very interested in the 50+ jersey. Will the thread to order be posted in the 50+ forum or somewhere else on the website? Thanks for doing this!

Okay, watch for the official order thread tomorrow. I'll lay out all the rules, and what will be available. A link to Champion Systems page will be provided, (not the Custom Apparel account page,) so you can see the details about the kit items offered with the 50+ design. Their prices are not what you will see here, the shipping charges, to me from Champion Systems, and from me to you, as well as the Paypal charge, are included in our price. Fortunately, Curtis designs, and the design fee he had already paid for, are good to go. Same design as the previous offerings and the same items will be offered, no new items were commissioned.

Please be patient about this process, I am setting a 3 week order period, for now, and it takes 6 weeks for Champion Systems to ship the order to me, and I will put them in the mailers as quickly as possible, but taking care about what I am doing. No exchanges are possible, be sure in what you order, and I am going to triple check everything that I do, and my wife will be checking behind me, as well. Remember, I am an engineer, and I tend to be cautious about things, so no rushing will be done by me.

Thanks to everyone for showing interest in another group buy, and especially to Curtis, for letting us use the classic 50+ designs he has set up for our use, and for entrusting me with this honor.

Bill

Three words: You da man!

Even though I really don't need anything, I may order something anyway.

Thanks again, to you and Curtis.
