Caloso, where you in the C race or the SS? I didn't see you out there.

I was in both. C45+ and then SS. I was behind you the whole time. Missed the start of the SS race because they cut off my timing chip band (I wasn't thinking) and then there was confusion at the reg table about what to do. I knew I had no chance in the SS race and was just doing it for fitness so I just hopped in at the sidewalk crossing.

Looking good, Caluso! My C&W team mates said that was great race. Will I see you at any of the CCCX races this winter?

I would love to, but I've got to fit CX racing in with two kids playing soccer, so probably not.

Here I am learning that "steel is real" has an alternate meaning
This is the one spot on the course where I envied the CF bikes. The rest of the course I couldn't have asked for a better ride than my steel Curtlo CX.

First time ever racing a bike. It rained pretty good and was decently muddy for my first time. 34/66, and I'm happy with it.

These are of my kid on his 2nd cross race. I was not there. I posted elsewhere.
These were the Siena Park - near Denver races November.
Top two photos taken by and purchased from Shawn Currey
Last by college mate dad John Lynn.

Dropping off this techy root lipped hill from my last race at Secret Squirrel CX. A year of mountain biking made this a LOT more comfortable than last year. Maybe next year i'll bring my mtn bike for preride and just send the crap out of it
