Crazy mothers....Can't live with them, but you can stick them in a bad nursing home and never visit.

Just started getting comments this week. I hit -25 pounds this week and have had 4 people ask me if I've lost weight.

How often do you get compliments about your weight loss?

I've always wondered at what weight people start to notice, I can lose 15lbs and no one notices, I barely notice.

yes from acquaintances . . . people I haven't seen for a year . . . they notice . . . like parents of my sons cross country running team. of course, they also mention I lost a lot of hair. ! they barely recognize me.

I was asked once if I was sick or losing weight intentionally. Does that count? I was complimented by the local Undertaker on my weight loss; he had also lost weight and I almost did not recognize him and this is a guy I have known for about 10 to 15 years!!

I did that pose once; but I was not planning to do it! I was at a place we all did a 180 on a 10 mile course, I slowed due to a car and the car slowed thinking I was going to make the 180 in front of them. I was toe strapped in and lost balance just after they got past and some how rolled from rubber side down to this. I wife who I was riding with was not sure if she should worry about me being hurt or roll o the ground laughing! I looked at her and said, "Could you get this bike off me please!" She chose laughing!
