I'm in Canada... nova scotia to be exact

we moved to our system because 100 racers is a big turnout

under traditional cat system we had packs of 10 or less especially with masters categories

Good luck my Canadian friend. I wish you a speedy, and full recovery. I got granted an upgrade to Cat 4 today. I also have gone through a lot of healing today. Woke up with real bad pain, worse than the last few days. As the day progressed it's pretty much gone, and I've gained a lot of movement back in my arm. I am almost considering racing this weekend, but I think it is a wiser approach to wait a few weeks, train real hard instead, and comeback strong.

on the bright side, you can get medical marijuana in your country

in my country, i have to rely on percoset and vicodin, and they apparently have no effect on me as far as analgesic effects are concerned

my doc did once prescribe my oxy. i dropped off the prescription but never picked up the pills.

Doper....

I have survived this with no pain medication, it's not that bad. Ron Paul, introduced a bill to end the marijuana prohibition in our country today. So that should make you happy.

Hey guys. I rode 61 miles on Thursday, so 12 days after the break. The CB didn't feel too bad either. I had my brace on too, it was pretty painless except when I attempted to pull up going over a bump. That hurt. Gonna go back out tomorrow for another base ride. Hoping to add some intensity, and get back on the leg press next week.

Great to hear.... I'll be hitting up the gym next week then the trainer

my gf wants me to not race again this season...I promised not to till after our vacation

I might just spend the rest of this year building a massive base and then move up.

I'm not entirely sure yet I want to race bad but do not want to jeopardize our vacation... might try cross this fall we will see
