then having a nice breakfast. Sound good?
Shants, you should do it for sure, but you may want to wear some tights under the

Just out of curiosity, what was the finishing time for the Knife route for say... the top 5 or so riders? Not that I envision myself as one of them come the 8th 
but it's nice to know how fast the best can ride this.

22 miles, average rider goes about 18mph when really trying, I'd say an hour and a half.
EDIT: obviously the top 5 would be coming in at, or maybe slightly under an hour

I'm considering it. I just need to devise a way to be on my bike for 1.25 hours without dying... considering it is/will be the dead of glorious winter. In the warmer months I'm good to go, but for some reason I can't handle cold air in my lungs. Anyone else feel like they've just smoked three packs of menthols after riding 5 or 6 miles?
