Nice looking setup! Max ride would probably be 20-30 miles. On average probably more in the 10-15 range. This would be my, last minute ride after work one day, or quick ride during lunch hour, or having to travel for a couple of days and not wanting to miss riding. And of course, to take along on a camping trip.
Zizzo Liberte is not bad from what others have said, far above what used to be a budget bike....
What's the reason for a folder? To fit in a car trunk? Or under a desk at work? Train travel? Or air travel? Just on the flats, or mild hills, or steeper coastal hills or mountains? What's the furthest you may bike on it?

And ridiculously cheap for the capability I now have. Original cracked frame was swapped for cheap used one, this time with improved seatpost bushing. Saved wheels and handlepost and handlebar. Replaced cheap crank with nice double. Added front derailleur and shifter. Replaced rear derailleur with longer cage (still used OEM gripshift, just numbers are reversed). Excellent clearance-priced front and rear racks from Nashbar. Ancient but little-used black panniers from single tour in 1990s. Blue panniers cheap from return bin at REI. Jandd trunk bag from goodwill, from fading pattern due to removed patch, was off police bike. Aero bars cheap from LBS used bin. Next project is to raise aero bars but not flat handlebars, Profile Design says risers not compatible with that bar, though they sure look it, need to measure.
