Mind you, you can ride a range of sizes (about three sizes) and still feel comfortable at the top and bottom of those ranges. I have a 31 inch inseam (sit bones, not pants), and I can ride 52 to 56cm sized frames. Just make sure you adjust the stem and seatpost accordingly. I usually get stems of 115mm for my smaller frames and 110m for my larger ones. so I don't get scrunched or too stretched out. at top.
