Incidentally that's the lock I have too. It is so heavy, I am surprised that you found a way to secure it to your bike. Picture?

I was hoping some one point me to this since I forgot its name. But oh the price tag, the price tag.

I also have an ABUS Granit Bordo 6500 X-Plus. It fits in a small rubber pouch bolted to the water bottle bosses. I combine this with front wheel and stem Pitlock bolts. Crazy expensive, but so much easier to than a u-lock.

Yeah, I thought so too when I saw it on here (forget who gave me the idea, pretty sure it was in the Commuter Bikes thread). I used to strap it to the top of the rack, but this option is way better in terms of ease of removal. It does tear up the paint on the rack a bit where it contacts it, but I don't really mind. I'm pretty sure it would work with one of those seatpost clamping racks I've seen around if your bike doesn't have rack mounts.

I have an AXA defender frame lock mounted on the bike. In my trunk I carry the plug-in chain which works with the frame lock, and a small U lock. Depending on where I am locking the bike and how long I intend to leave it I will use anything from everything I have to just the frame lock.
