I just picked up a bike with a weird splashy paint on the frame, so I'm 100% on Team 'Buy The Splashy-Painted Frame'.

With the 2 water bottle bosses and over the bb cable routing, I wouldn't rule out the second set of bosses added after a possible repaint. Buy it, build it, and let us know how it rides.

Agree 100%. Have purchased lots of stuff from them. They're knowledgeable, patient, and good people. They do a lot of online sales. Saw that frame in person and it looks great! Was tempted myself...
