This thread went quiet. Where's the BOC now?

Skip

Edit: Well, duh... :dopeslap: I had the forums take me to the first unread post, which turned out to be not the last page. :dopeslap: I must have missed visiting the thread about a week ago so the forums helpfully stopped sending me updates...

Did ACH57 ever post pics of the crap he took? It's in the rules for the game, yes?

In the rules? Yes. Posted pics? No. PM sent by yours truly? Yes. PM received? No.

One or two in every group; the exceptions that prove the rule

Looks like hairnet has received the goods, though - whew!

Wow - that's a nice crankset in there! 170mm? Was the height reverence in relation to the crankarms being too short for you?

I wonder what someone was painting to get those patterns on that cardboard

Nice little haul, though - and great pics, done just right

165mm. I am too big for a few things in there. And besides, I dont need another crank set right now. I have been looking for a steel stem and needed a braze-on FD so this was a treat.

This is no longer a box of crap. What's up with that?

The box is becoming stratified to a point where I may not be able to participate since the stuff I have really is crap.

anyway, the box is pretty beat up and has a hole. Should it continue with a new box or tape up the beat one?

New box - we've had some issues with past BOCs - and one or two during this one - so it would suck if USPS wouldn't deliver due to the box tearing open in transit.

Box is in the price you pay to ship flat-rate anyway, so I think a new box every third mailing or so would be a no-brainer. They get beat up fast
