JRrestore decals adds the The Snazzy™ to my paramount

build not finished, but it was sunny out so i snapped a few. JR's stuff is just top notch. you'll get instructions with the decals...follow the spray bottle ones, you'll be glad you did. aside from his awesome work, JR is a super guy, very helpful, very communicative, and very patient (which is especially helpful if you make your money as a graphic designer and have the attention span of a horny hummingbird). cheers, JR, many many thanks again.

'91 paramount. candy root beer powdercoat. decals from JR.

Simply stunning Pumpy! Thanks for sharing your Paramount. JR is great! Can you tell us more about the "Beau Nair" seattube decal?

mods -

i tried to change the title of the thread to "JRrestore decals add the The Snazzy™ to my paramount", it appears that way when i go back to edit, but doesn't in the actual thread list.

could someone make the edit? reasoning is so if a user does a search for "decals" it will return this thread.

woohoo!

beau nair is my other "nom de guerre", if you will. i wasn't doing an exact restoration and wanted to have some fun, while at the same time making it unmistakably mine

oh, and i'm originally from SW michigan, so it also pays homage to my home state where my folks still live. i thought my pops would like that part.

the text above "beau nair" that you can't see in the foto is "le biciclette per i pirati" which (probably very badly)translates to "bicycles for pirates"

Beautiful! Very impressive decals and a very impressive powdercoat. The lug lines look terrific.

Concur. Perhaps I should order a CAPO seat tube decal.

that's some great work! I think it's the thinnest powdercoating I've ever seen on a frame, who did the PC? Is it a transparent (or semi-transparent) resin? With built-in metal-flake?

unworthy: was a local machine shop i was directed to by a local powdercoat supply. it's a translucent over a silver base, with a little flake added. when i first got it, i didn't like the flake, thought it was too much. it's grown on me though. i love the candy tho, and love the way it turned out around the lugs and stuff.
