47 today after 13.25 in my first crit last night. Set a new FTP last night that is 16 watts higher than before. Almost to that 3w/kg magic number now.

77.5 miles with over 5500ft of climb. Only the second metric I have done and my longest ride by 14 miles, and over 1,000 ft more than the next closest climbing day for me. Super happy with it.

34.5 miles and 2000'ish. First group ride in a year and a half. It was good as it kept me from going out and trying to kill myself, and forced me to maintain a conversational pace.

Couch 100k (aka sat on my ass for 4 hours) today in the garage while watching it rain since some tropical storm wouldn't let me ride this morning. Maybe tomorrow if the roads are cleaned up.

40.6 miles today. First 40+ mile ride in over 5 years. Also did it at 18.5 mph. Faster than I've gone for a ride other than some flat loops the other day.
