I think "Ringle" was the first with this 3-hole...

I think "Ringle" was the first with this 3-hole design, but there were others. This one might be "Ti-Stix."

The name I have heard for those nipple drivers is "Yankee Screwdriver." The one in the shop where I built wheels...
