Hats Off - to OR congressman Earl Blumenauer
.....for proposing a Domestic Bicycle Product Act.
Eliminates import tax on components and offers ebike production tax credits.
Every little bit helps. Assemble them in USA.
May not go anywhere, but let's hope it passes.
