Knock knock
I joined Bike Forums back in July of 2014 about a week before I headed out for California from Florida on my 1988 Paramount 50th Anniversary frame loaded with 185 pounds of gear and 225 pounds of me. Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner!
I did make it back and am currently preparing to provision my 28th transcontinental bicycle solo rough camping ride at the age of 80 in 2028.

Not quite dead.
FYI, something I read here on BF, "Pictures or it didn't happen." I'm not accusing you, but there are standards here, as elsewhere. Protest the injustice of it all, and voila, you're closer to being able to post a picture.

Of course, not as many as I should have but I got doctors, lawyers and Indian chiefs that'll vouch me and had their pics taken next to me I only have pics from a half dozen US crossings, solo, rough camping all the way but I got stories for all 27 crossings.

Welcome back! I’m glad to hear you’re rejoining the community. It really is a fantastic place, and I’m confident you’ll feel right at home here. I’m Lex, and I usually spend a lot of time engaging with everyone and participating in discussions. However, I’ve been pretty swamped lately with my dissertation. I’m really grateful for the support from the team at https://ukwritings.com/buy-dissertation. Their assistance has been a game-changer for me, helping me manage my workload and stay on track. It’s such a relief to have reliable support during this intense period.
