It looks great. A bit of music in the background (maybe faded out so as not to interfere with the narration) could really make this even more engaging. At the beginning, you could have nice, tranquil Hawaiian music, and then for the part where you are approaching cardiac arrest, something more dramatic...
These are only suggestions if you want to tweak it a bit more. It is great as it is. I skipped around a bit (the sound of the Garmin beeping freaks my dog out) but will watch it properly this evening.
Again, congratulations. I hope to do it someday, but that gets more unrealistic every year.

That 13% alley leading to a switchback looks intimidating even in the vid when most of the time steep grades are hard to capture.
