Diverge & Future Shock 2.0 vs 1.5

I just got a Diverge and love it. The new bike has the Specialized Future Shock 2.0 with adjustable dampening. Some of my fellow riders have said the FS 2.0 sags with my weight. I am 240 and 6'1". I have a '17 FS equipped Roubaix and never had this type of issue over the 7 years of ownership. The Roubaix is a FS 1.5 and you can add springs to stiffen it up. The Diverge has the 2.0 which has dampers, which work on rebound. I am wondering if I need to "downgrade" to the FS 1.5 to keep my stem from sagging.

I really like the FS suspension because I have very bad shoulders from previous injuries.

Has anyone has this issue?

Are you actually seeing a problem, or is this something others are telling you that you have? If you don’t feel a problem, and you love the system as it is, then do you have a problem?

I haven’t tried this system. I am interested to see what it does for riders.
