Have not ridden the Batavus for a while. Instead of indexed, my brifters are leaning toward analog. The short toptube and tall headtube shorten the cockpit, even with saddle pushed back and 13cm stem, making the drops more attractive. Arms down versus arms out = both work. A candidate next N—.


Squak. What a nice day to ride. About 70*f

Fall on the roadside? 1st day of Autumn but almost still Summer temps - least the next couple of days.

Nice fellow owns the place.

A few cars but no big truckers.

Took short first cold ride of fall yesterday to look at fall colors around Fairplay it snowed over night then cleared up so a lot of color with snow on the mountains and places. Took the recently completed low budget MTB build a Trek 4300.
