Anyone ever heard of CTA handlebars?

I have a 87 Peugeot. The stem is CTA and the drop bars also say CTA and have engraved Lions on them. What is the history of CTA? Did CTA ever make any North Road type bars? Thanks.

Interesting. So the brand is actually ATAX and CTA must be a line, probably the top of their line. (aviation grade). Thank you. I wonder if they made any North Road or tourist type bars though.

I have the same bar as the OP. It's very nice although the engraving is quite shallow. I could find almost no info on CTA.

Anyone recognize these bars?

CTA means "Cintrage de tube dans ses applications". That was a small brand and handcrafted some armbars mostly for Peugeot.
Excuse my english, note my mother tongue.
