I'm stripping a frame that has these, claw and all. Sadly everything in the frame is garbage and about to get tossed; long story short I paid $50 to keep just the frame. It is one of the old Fuji/Marlboro/Taiwan made folding bikes.

The good...Chromoly frame. Forgot to bring a magnet so I don't know if the rims are steel or aluminum.

I'm guessing it would cost me $60 for new tubes and tires. I'd have to farm out the rim truing ($40?). The brakes and derailleurs I can fix.
Am I underestimating prices? Would it cost more? Of course that's just to make it rideable. This winter on swap cables and regreased bearings.

I have one of that same vintage (1984) that I found covered with weeds in a field. I love the frame and I used it to build up a road bike that that is light and comfortable. Not many of the original components remain but it’s been a fun platform to build on. I would most definitely pay $20.
