Not sure what one is supposed to find worth a laugh in this video...
On the contrary, a very sad moment is when he refers to the floating shelf of CT-3.2 chain tool as a "moveable anvil". Wat?!!! This part is not an anvil and should never be used as an anvil of any kind. This part is merely an alignment aid. It should not be subjected to any kind of external force.
Inside your head you can call it whatever you want: an "anvil", a "clavichord" or a "thingamajig", but once you start dispensing advice to other people (e.g. a youtube channel), using nonsensical terminology is sad, and using misleading terminology is downright dangerous.

3/4 of a mm is insignificant?
It's about 1/32" which is extremely significant when it comes to chains.

Having accidentally once aligned a chain backed against the thing that should go inside the chain link, can confirm it doesn’t take much force before snapping off.

From the "manual"
Ergo, it is a shelf although only 3 parts are listed-
BTW- I'd probably call it something like a presser foot or chain alignment foot.
You place things ON a shelf.
You press DOWN with a foot.

the last i remember he was doing something with boats. he had a revelation on a trip (Europe) and saw the light. after that, he sort of drifted away.
and to clarify, i never laughed AT him, but admired his pluck to put up with customers and their inane ramblings.
but that can apply to anyone in the retail trade; Bart just made it fun.
Bike Man for You! - forever. wish i had bought some swag. i'd still be representing . . .
