You could just take it to a local bike shop and they'll have plenty there to try. Probably not too expensive either. Even if they charged you 10 times what you can get one for off the internet.

Probably something like M6x1.0 30 mm long. But that's just a guess - take it out and measure it.
It looks like you need a replacement seatpost too. That's probably 27.2 mm diameter.

that clamp and screw are a separate piece from the frame... option 1... you can get new clamp assemblies at any bike shop... in my co-op shop, it would cost $2 complete. Bring the old clamp or the entire bike in with you.
the length of the screw will vary with the clamp design, as can the thread size.
option 2... remove the screw in question, go to a hardware store, and buy a stainless steel version of a similar screw.
i just found THREE different thread sizes while pawing thru my "plain clamps" bin....
option 3... upgrade to a quick release clamp assembly.
careful metric measurements are required if you plan to order a clamp online.
a selection of quality levels, colors and finishes can be found.

Your local shop can get you the proper seat post clamp as well as a seatpost if that needs replacement which looks like a possibility as grumpus noted.

Seriously, you don't replace the bolts in those clamps, you just get a new clamp. Amazon has them by the double dozens including quick release. Don't get one of those. Hot tip. Get one that uses a 4mm Allen Key vs 5mm. Thieves have 5mm keys, fewer will be ready for a 4mm Allen head.
