f-sakes botto, that really sucks. Those damned things aren't moving. Hope it's not a break, although it honestly might be a better injury in the long run if it is broken rather than separated. My two separated shoulders are a problem whenever I travel at length to a location with 4 seasons.

Bollard sounds painful. That chain ring is pretty nasty looking.

Should we watch if we're clueless about tv shows other than the weather channel and a few PBS Nova shows every once in a while ?

Some guys and girls are going into the mountains tomorrow, possibly up to 7000 feet, and there are supposed to be winds of 40 mph with gusts to 50. I may wuss out and do a club ride.

Wise man. Being blown into an oncoming lane while descending at 50mph could be hazardous to your health.

Definitely! just put the disclaimer in there because people don't like being spoiled, if you don't care about that it's a pretty cool video.

Geez I want off this heII ride known as sciatica! UGH!!!

Still able to train and ride, but damn trying to do almost anything else results in lots of grunts and groans...

It's lovely how it's poking fun at me by swapping between legs....

Really the last 14 or so months have been a real crapper and this is becoming the cherry on top!

Think I need to get on the bike soon and ride this grumpiness away...

Mrs. John is going through that, too. She finally got the insurance to pay for chirorpractic after a little pt. She has seen a guy about spinal decompression and once the chiro is done she's going to try and do that. Insurance wants to steer her to shots and surgery.

back from the ER.

dutch doctors are big fans of the less is more approach to their diagnostics.

other than checking my pee, to make sure there were no internal injuries (have a grapefruit sized hematoma above my hip, next to my kidneys) i was told that there did not seem to be a break, and my ac also seemed fine.

no x-rays ordered.

Dang B, sorry you went down. Hopefully, the docs are right and you don't have a break. Heal fast.
