Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

i bought my bike at a garage sale. my neighbor mumbled something about 'tarck' and sent me on my way. it was all cool and fine until i crashed it the next block, got thrown over the bars somehow!! from then on it was never the same. the pedals just kept going and going and wouldn't stop!! i took it to the shop to get fixed but they told me it was already fixed and there was nothing to be done about it
so i tried sellin it on craigslist but the guy that wanted to buy it arrived with ten other dudes and they rode off with it!! jokes on them though, they took a broken bike!

Or remove them bars, so you don't fly over them.

An alternate strategy is to throw yourself at the ground and intentionally miss.
