" San Francisco Ride Sat 4/12 Official post"

"THIS IS THE ODDBALL RIDE! ref # https://www.bikeforums.net/showthread...=395521&page=7

Sat. Morning 10 am meet at McCovey Cove/ATT Park- on the east side by the docks/boats BTW The Ferry building is too busy with people=Farmers market to try and meet a big group and manage kids/bikes etc. That's why I decided AT&TPark...
There are just too many options for eats. I think most the ride will be a wing it ride but with a planned route. Just over 20 miles round trip unless you want to go over the GG bridge and back. Also and option for the more adventurous to ride to Golden Gate Park/Ocean beach. One hill at Fort mason, very short and walkable.
My cell # is 415-828-0467 sporting SpongeBob kit./ Cathy will ride up the back and watch kids at stops if parents need the extra eye. Cathy cell# 828-7540 sporting Eric Cartman kit

This ride had better not be in competition with the International Oddball Ride on the same day!

We'll probably join you at the start, then break off after the GGB. We need miles.

Pete sez meet at the East side by the docks. Non-sequential bills. No cops, or the girl gets it.

It is 82 F out there in Santa Clara ... it's going to be warm tomorrow. Maybe I'll ride the recumbent to Caltrain, and take Caltrain over ... won't bother with trying to stuff it in my car.

Bring a windbreaker. We are going to ride along the water and it gets windy by Crissy Field sometime. Never trust the weather in the SF.
