Is anyone here riding the Wine Country Century?

I just signed up for the metric. I'm a wuss, what can I say. Anyway, there are 246 slots left out of 2500. Here's the website. It'd be cool to meet up with fellow BFs.

Both Bossman and I are signed up and I believe we'll be doing the metric also. We've made reservations to stay overnight on Friday so maybe we can all get together and ride. Keep in Touch.

I'm doing the 200k and my wife is doing the 100k. I usally do most of the 200k so I can do Colman valley and them b-line back to the hotel and pick her up to do hers, so it ends up 150 miles or so. It's an awsome ride, lots of fun. Enjoy!

I signed up for the 100 mile version. I'll be doing it with my wife, Tricia.
How much do the routes have in common? Can we start together? I know when we did the riverside ride the 100K and century started in opposite directions!

I'm gonna find out if Andy (NeCrO632) can do the ride with me and Thien and his girl. That is, if the boss gives me the okay! DOH!!

If I do it though it'll be the 100k.

Yeah, Zorro. Just because you got a fiance now doesn't mean you're going to give up on your bike homies, does it ?

I've been reading the threads about the rides this weekend, but I really can't. I'm totally out of shape, that's why I'm setting up myself the goal to be ready for the century on May 3rd.
But I'm sure I'll see you soon on a ride ... Gracias !

I'm tempted to sign up for the 200K but I'm not positive what my work travel schedule will be like.

I had the same concern, but this seems to be a very popular ride, and we shouldn't have any problem re-selling the registration if necessary.

And I really would like to join your ride. I'm not familiar enough with the East Bay and this sounds like the perfect opportunity, but I really can't

Next time....

VMC and I are signed up for the 100... however, with the new business, I have no clue as to whether we'll actually get to ride

Very cool! - I try to take the kids up that way once or twice a year for at least a long weekend. I'll have to make a point of using your service now!
