Name of the Shop and City, that's all we need. I'm hoping Air will also incorporate this thread into his evergrowing index thread.

Condor Cycles, family run independent bike shop and manufacturer (off the peg and custom) since 1948. Quite possibly the best bike shop in London.

True Wheel Bicycle in Council Bluffs, IA.
Great service and prices. I would recommend the owner to anyone that would ever ask. He upgraded my rims for free after breaking spokes multiple times. The rims he gave me were about the same price as I had paid for my bike new 4 months earlier.

I have two that I go to frequently.
One is Center Cycle in Renton, WA: https://www.centercycle.com/
The other is Bicycles West, with 3 locations in the Seattle area: https://bicycleswest.com/
Both have treated me very well. I purchased my bike from Center Cycle, but I've gotten lots of good advice, help, and equipment from the Bicycles West in Burien.

Rick and Lloyd are da bomb awesome guys!
I haven't had quite enough experiences in the shops up here yet to know how they are for Clyde issues. I've been to Sammamish Cycle that CGK1 suggests and they seemed pretty cool, though I've only been in there twice and never for any "real" issue. I've also done a little local shopping/work done at one called Gerk's Alpine Hut, but same as above. I don't have enough experience to call them "Clyde Friendly" just yet, though Dave the wrench man is pretty cool.

The Spin Cycle in Cary, NC. The owner, Kevin, goes out of his way to support cycling in the area. He has spent countless hours leading rides and teaching beginners how to spin.

I just bought my first good bike (Electra Townie 21 700c) from Richardson Bike Mart in Texas and I was pleasantly surprised at the service. There were a lot of lycra-clad people roaming around on Saturday morning and as a fat boy in jeans (with my equally plump wife), I was halfway prepared to be ignored. But I was promptly greeted by a great salesman who helped me and took all the time I needed to make a decision and buy a bike.
It could not have been a better experience. He even took the time to help me install a trunk mount rack I bought from them and showed me how to cinch in the bike for the trip home. Highly recommended.

Not trouble, but many shops aren't knowledgeable about the needs of a Clyde is all. When I was at my peak weight, I was strongly discouraged from even trying to ride a bike by a couple of the shops here. Hodson's has gone out of their way to keep me riding and really helped me with the bike at first. I started with an XMart bike and a trashed old Schwinn and they kept them up and ridable for me, and have been VERY supportive throughout.

I met the owners of Bike Pedalers on a New Year's day ride, great guys! I bought a helmet there when a strap broke on mine. It was as easy as walking in saying "I need a helmet". He handed me exactly what I wanted on the first try for the right price. Same with a emergency stop for a multi tool.
Monkey Wrench is also *awesome*, their wrench "EP" is awesome.
Frankly, pretty much any shop in Lincoln, NE is awesome!!

Bluebonnet in Lewisville, TX has been very helpful and supportive.
I just found out about richardson bike mart previously mentioned and they have a huge selection and were good with my used bike purchase but that is my only experience with them as they aren't too local.

They've been very supportive of me in everything I've done on two wheels. Ginny, the owner, and her staff have been wonderful to deal with. However, I fear the shop is going to the dogs lately:

That must be different than the bike shops in Omaha. I ended up with True Wheel in Council Bluffs. They are on Broadway, and not a fancy looking shop, but the owner (Steve) has treated me great and upgraded my wheels for free after I was breaking spokes. The wheels have less spokes than the stock set, but he said they were better. He took them off of a bike he had on display and switched them on the spot with no questions asked.
I just fried the bottom bracket on Monday, and he is getting Jamis to upgrade me frames. He didn't have to do that, and was actually trying to upgrade me to carbon, but they didn't have the 61cm frame in stock to get it done.

Pedal Pushers in Harrisburg Pa has been great to me. Answered every question I ever asked and never once made me feel pressured to buy or out of place. They really seem to go out of their way to make bicycling enjoyable for anyone who walks through the door. They deal Raleigh, GT, and Diamondback.
Defiantly better people and service than the Trek dealer in Camp Hill.
