That's a new one to me: it's not a Japanese "Concord" nor a Benelux/Italian "Concorde", but it does remind me a bit of a Motobecane. Some more pics, especially of the lugs/seatcluster and on the drive side, would be nice. Is it 531? Moto made some other brands on contract, but this is not one of those I have heard of...

There's a Dynamax frameset on eBay right now. The seller claims it's 531 tubing, and in one of the pics that decal at the top of the seat tube looks sort of Reynolds like, but I'm highly skeptical.

sorry, still no. Its a nice bike, though, with expensive parts, so it was probably never cheap. Maybe someone else will have one...

It's close, but I don't think they are related.
Neat bike you have though.

Looks very much like a Motobecane to me. Those headlug feature cuts and nozzle details were pretty unique to them alone. Seat tube decal indicates Reynolds butted 3 main tubes (although not the stays) - so this would be something comparable to a Grand Jubilee model. Perhaps it was produced for merchandising in shops or regions where there may have been prohibitive agreements with other manufacturers which excluded selling of Motobecanes - like a bike shop with an exclusivity contract with Peugeot. This practice is not uncommon in the US, even today. Not long ago, Specialized had pulled their bikes and all products from a long established 2 shop dealership here in town, because they were also selling Trek bikes, and Specialized would not allow sales from that competitor in one of their own authorized dealerships.
Looks like a really good "sleeper" bike! I always like the uncommon "mystery marques" - much more interesting finds.
