Images of the Mark DiNucci
I'm trying to determine a value for a 1976 Mark DiNucci custom built, Campy Super Record & Record road bike. It is all original. Hopefully someone here can provide some help. TIA

Do you have a photo hosting account at photobucket or flickr?

Are they hosted somewhere? There are sites like photobucket that'll host them for you so you can then post them here.

Mark DiNucci was a superb builder known for very thin lug filing - which your bike should have if it is truly circa '76, since it would be built with pressed rather than cast lugs. DiNucci built for Strawberry and others as well as making his own frames. More of the lesser known artisan builders are becoming known and their bikes valued and sought after - DiNucci is somebody who fits this category of master builder waiting to be better appreciated. As an early example, I'd say the bike has a lot of value if it finds the right buyer. I'm not the best appraiser, but if it's in really good shape, I think it could be worth $1200-1500 to the right collector. That's at a guess.

Hi Picchuo, Thanks. I am trying to upload photos to show the bike, but so far unsuccessfully. Can I only upload one at a time? I have tried to upload 6, but it tells me the file size is too big. The images are about 4"x3" x72 dpi. What do you suggest I do to get images uploaded?

Redrocket,
as suggested post them to a photo hosting site, then link to here
then put image location inside BBCode i.e. [img] your.picure.url [/img]
or add 1 per post (has to be less than 100k per post).

redrocket,
those are about 4.5 kb each, you should be able to load them all into

The lugwork, the lugwork, the lugwork. How come nobody on here ever specifically mentions pics of the lugs? No wonder there are all those ebay photos in bike ads of the same nuovo record crankset, shifters, and rear derailleur we've all seen 8 million times. Seapost attachment, yes, as bbattle suggests. Also shots of the bottom bracket shell from both above and below. Also shots of the fork crown (from top and side-on), upper and lower headlugs, and rear brake bridge. Geez, a bike like this one is all about the lugwork.

Ummm, easiest way is to go to one's hosting account (in my case, photobucket).
Click on the 'IMG CODE'. It should flash yellow, and say 'copied'
Come back over here.
Have your cursor in the spot where you want the image to occur in your original post or reply.
Hit 'control + v' (this will paste your photo).
Do a preview to make certain you've done it correctly.
You should have a nice, full size image that way.

Thanks likebikes for the suggestion
Thanks likebikes! I went to photobucket and uploaded 20 images of the Mark DiNucci. What do I have to let the people here know to access it? My username there is redrocket-010. Do you need anything else. Many thanks again, much appreciated.

while in photobucket press the browse buttons, find your pics in the box that pops up, double click the pic you want and it will be added to photobucket, repeat the process till all the pics you want are added to photobucket, then press the upload button, after the pics upload youll find them below the upload button, check the box below the pics you want and scroll down to the bottom of the page, there youll find the "generate html and img code" button, press that and wait till its done, when the new page comes up highlight everything in the "IMG images for message boards" area, copy and paste it to you posting here on the forum, BAM! your done! sounds complicated it it really truly isnt
