How do I attach bottle cages to my Pista?

My 2007 frame has no braze-ons for cages. Something like a zip-tie design would be perfect. Are there any products that can do this?

Please note that I don't want the "behind the seat" design.

Check the QPB catalog, they have several options.

You can also go with $1 worth of hose clamps from your grocery/auto parts/hardware store and a cut up inner tube to protect the frame. Very functional, unscrews in 30 seconds when you don't want to use it.

And nothing says "high zoot" like titanium hose clamps. You can use a bit of old tube as a "shim" to protect your frame.

I use a Minoura strap-on water bottle cage mount (this is not the item on the Sheldon Brown site). You can turn it 90 degrees to mount it on your handle bar or turn it parallel to mount it to the seat tube. I put some electrical tape on the frame under the metal strap. Works perfectly.

Well the only thing that gets consumed on a pista is PBR, no? So don't you need a PBR cagE?

Update:

I went to the local bike shop and picked up a couple of Zefal brand cage adapters. It was a pain to install since I had to cut shims out of an old road tube. I used size Large for the seat tube and a XL for the downtube. I have better Tacx Tao cages but could not use those because the supplied bolt was too short for the greater offset in that design. Pictured with Specialized cages, which are thinner profile where the bolt mounts to the adapter.

That and the fact that hydration is key. I rode with a small bottle in my jersey today and that didn't cut the mustard. The Pista has totally replaced my road bike these days.

I think I might get one of those to add a second bottle to my IRO frame.

I use the minoura rail mounts for two cages behind the saddle.

I love it and it's cheap too.

That has nothing to do with attaching a water bottle cage to a Pista.

I'm surprised nobody has designed a temporary cage-mount system based on rip ties.

(these things)

I'm presently (as in while sitting at my desk) using a rip tie to make a quick on/off mount for my taillight.

This is one brand that we carried in the LBS, and for what it is, it works quite well:
