squid, 3 questions: is this free? what time does it start at kissena? are complete n00bs encouraged to participate? (only because i don't want to do something dumb and n00bly and take out a good rider injuring him/her)

1)Yes, it's free!
2)Track will be open at sunrise, we will start pace lines and general instruction at 10am.
3)Yes, this event is reaching out to people with little/no track experience. stay alert, don't make any sudden moves and double check your equipment.

Yes on the pick up teams! Try and come out and ride the track at least once before May 6.
The tentative schedule is something like:
pace lines
200m time trial (individual)
Match Sprint (groups of 2 and 4)
Miss and Out
team pursuit
team sprint
snowball
figure 8(!)
