Bike commuter breakfast

It was the first day of summer classes at the college I work at, so I held a breakfast for bike commuters. I transported all the goodies in a crate zip-tied and bungied to my bike rack, and opened the doors at 7:00.

Only three people showed, but summer is the slow time around here. I'll do one more this summer, then start again in the fall, when there are more people around. Anyway, I had a good time, and those that came seem to like it. Below are some pics of my crated ride: Pretty sturdy, surprisingly. Plus, I maintained my normal speed on my way in, and passed a roadie!

The Breakfast Menu
Homemade coffee cake
Bagels and cream cheese
Coffee (I brought in a coffee maker)
Cantelope and honey dew melons

Things I forgot: milk and sugar, oj

"passed a roadie!" - jnbacon

Ha Ha Ha : ) . . . that made me laugh. Good Idea, and good luck for your future breakfasts.

Rusty! Rusty! Are you insulting Sal? Or worse, ME? Sal may be dirty, losing her handlebar tape, and bony, but rusty ... NEVER!
