I looked at this and thought it was neat but I've also done the trick of popping the bike into a trainer and sliding the front half under my desk (my desk is height adjustable so I just crank it up really high) achieving the same effect. I can type away at the keyboard and do my work while spinning. Admittedly, the keyboard has to be washed of dripping sweat afterwards. |8^(

Where do I get a pair of spd pumps? Perhaps my local lbs will begin to carry a line of professional bikeware. Will I need a padded skirt or do I sit side saddle? Oh No all these questions!
