Last year I bought an early 80s Mikkelsen frame here and built it up with shiny 11s Campy bits.
Well, now I've rebuilt it with mostly Shimano 105, seven speed stuff. Better suits this bikes 126mm...

When I found myself needing a rear der on my Campy 9s bike I found that a 10s worked perfectly well. Don't know if that makes it easier for you.
